ZF Aftermarket showcases full-service expertise at Automechanika

ZF Aftermarket says it made a major impact at Automechanika Birmingham 2025, bringing its full-service aftermarket solution to life with an engaging stand experience, hands-on tech demos, and a clear focus on the future of independent workshop support.

Returning to the NEC with leading brands including Lemförder, Sachs, TRW and WABCO, ZF Aftermarket delivered on its promise to showcase not just products, but complete solutions.

Live demonstrations of ZF [pro]Manager and ZF [pro]Diagnostics proved especially popular, giving visitors the chance to experience first-hand how digital innovation is streamlining diagnostics, job management and customer communication in the workshop.

Brake Engineering’s remanufactured brake calipers also featured prominently on the stand, drawing attention for their combination of OE-matching quality and environmental benefits. With sustainability playing an increasingly important role in aftermarket decisions, the remanufactured range offers workshops a responsible and cost-effective braking solution without compromising performance or reliability.

Electrification, ADAS and technical training were key themes across the three days, as ZF underlined its commitment to equipping garages with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving automotive landscape.

Mark Hallam, head of marketing UK&I, France & Benelux at ZF Group, said: “Automechanika Birmingham was a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate how we’re supporting the aftermarket at every level. From our OE-quality brands, to advanced digital tools like ZF [pro]Manager and ZF [pro]Diagnostics, we showed what a complete workshop solution looks like in 2025. The conversations we had, the feedback we received, and the number of [pro]Tech Start sign-ups all confirmed that our message of practical innovation really hit home.”

ZF [pro]Diagnostics and ZF [pro]Manager form a seamless digital ecosystem, designed to simplify workshop life while enabling faster, smarter vehicle servicing. With [pro]Diagnostics covering over 35,000 systems and offering remote support, and [pro]Manager streamlining everything from scheduling to invoicing and 24/7 online bookings, the tools gained strong traction among workshop visitors.

The show also served as a launchpad for hundreds of workshops to join ZF [pro]Tech Start—a free technical support platform offering access to installation guides, service info and training direct from the OE manufacturer.

ZF Aftermarket says its presence at Automechanika Birmingham 2025 not only demonstrated its product strength but reinforced its position as a future-focused partner for the independent aftermarket.
