Across the two-day event, workshop owners and technicians had the opportunity to meet the ZF team and explore solutions designed to support daily operations, develop technical expertise and help both passenger car and commercial vehicle workshops keep pace with changing vehicle technology.

The stand featured ZF [pro]Manager, the company’s digital workshop management platform, which helps garages manage jobs, vehicle data, workflows and customer communication in one integrated system.

Alongside this, ZF [pro]Diagnostics highlighted diagnostic support for passenger car and commercial vehicle workshops. Its advanced diagnostic functions and secure gateway capabilities help technicians access supported vehicle systems, identify faults and complete repairs efficiently.

Visitors also learned more about ZF [pro]Tech, the manufacturer-supported workshop programme providing technical training, installation guidance and access to vehicle-specific service information.

Cyril Daly, head of sales for passenger car at ZF Aftermarket UK, said: “Workshops are managing increasingly complex vehicles alongside the everyday pressures of running a business. Our aim at Auto Trade EXPO was to show how the right combination of tools, training and technical support can help them meet those demands with confidence.

“From managing workshop jobs to diagnosing faults we brought together support that technicians and workshop owners can put to practical use. Winning Best Stand is a fantastic recognition of the team’s work in bringing that offering to life.

“Thank you to everyone who visited us, shared their experiences and took the time to discuss how ZF can support their business.”

ZF Aftermarket said its participation reinforced its commitment to supporting the independent aftermarket through practical solutions for workshop management, diagnostics, servicing and continued technical development.
