<\/p>\nFollowing the successful launch of the all-electric Skoda Elroq, the brand is now advancing its electrification strategy with the introduction of the new Enyaq \u2013 the larger sibling to the recently launched Elroq.<\/p>\n
The refreshed Skoda Enyaq and Skoda Enyaq Coup\u00e9 are further enhanced with the brand\u2019s striking new Modern Solid design language. Updates are said to include an extended driving range, improved aerodynamics, greater use of sustainable materials, and an expanded list of standard equipment. Enhanced digital capabilities and the latest in driver assistance technologies also feature prominently.<\/p>\n

The new Enyaq family offers two battery sizes and three powertrain options. Customers can choose from the rear-wheel drive Enyaq 60 with 430 kilometres of driving range, or the Enyaq 85 with an extended range of up to 575 kilometres. <\/p>\n
The Enyaq 85x features all-wheel drive with dual motors for added traction in all conditions. A key innovation is the introduction of bidirectional charging, enabling Enyaq models to act as supplementary energy storage units for homes.<\/p>\n
Due to strong demand across continental Europe and the UK, Enyaq availability was limited in Ireland throughout 2024. However, Skoda Ireland has confirmed significantly improved supply for the remainder of 2025.<\/p>\n
John Donegan, brand director of Skoda Ireland, commented: “The new Enyaq facelift is now available to test drive at Skoda showrooms nationwide. We\u2019re excited to offer an even more attractive entry price point with the Enyaq 60, from only \u20ac43,060. Starting from \u20ac45,250, the Enyaq 85 is expected to be our best-seller due to its impressive range. <\/p>\n
“We\u2019re also looking forward to the arrival of a new high-performance Enyaq RS later this year. Until then, customers can choose the dynamic new Sportline variants, with the Enyaq 85 Sportline starting at \u20ac52,750, and the Enyaq 85x Sportline all-wheel-drive version available for an additional \u20ac1,500. We currently have excellent Enyaq availability, and to celebrate the launch, zero per cent hire purchase finance is available for a limited time.”<\/p>\n
The new Enyaq 85 offers significantly improved charging performance, claiming to reach from 10 to 80 per cent battery capacity in just 28 minutes with DC charging at up to 175kW. New features include Remote Park Assist and enhanced functionality through the MySkoda app, which now fully integrates “PowerPass” charge card services and billing.<\/p>\n
Across the range, standard features include heated leather front seats, a heated steering wheel, KESSY Advanced with Open-On-Approach and Walk-Away Locking, three-zone Climatronic air conditioning, Side Assist, Predictive Adaptive Cruise Control (pACC), and Traffic Jam Assist. Customers can also choose between two luxurious leather\/combination leather Interior Design Selections: Suite Cognac or Suite Black. <\/p>\n
For drivers who like to stand out, Sportline models feature Matrix LED headlights, 20-inch alloy wheels, and distinctive Sportline design elements in the interior and exterior.<\/p>\n
