In 2024, Birmingham-based automotive remanufacturer Shaftec set an ambitious target: to raise at least \u00a36,600 for Zoe\u2019s Place Baby Hospice in Coventry.<\/p>\n

The company now reports that it has not only met its goal, but surpassed it in spectacular fashion, raising \u00a311,343.<\/p>\n

To follow that, with Shaftec\u2019s 30th anniversary taking place this year, the firm plans to raise \u00a330,000 for this special occasion. Dubbed the ’30 for 30′ challenge, this target highlights the team\u2019s dedication to giving back to the community and those who need it the most.<\/p>\n

Zoe\u2019s Place Baby Hospice provides essential assistance to infants and toddlers facing intricate health conditions or disabilities from birth until the age of five. The charity\u2019s primary aim is to guarantee an optimal quality of life for severely ill children, while at the same time extending unwavering support to their families throughout their challenging journey.<\/p>\n

Operating from three locations in Coventry, Liverpool, and Middlesbrough, the children\u2019s hospices are dedicated to offering respite, palliative, and end-of-life care to young ones.<\/p>\n

The funds raised by Shaftec will directly benefit Zoe\u2019s Place, helping them continue their vital work and providing comfort and care to families in need.<\/p>\n

Shaftec marketing ,anager Adrian Kitchen said: \u201cThe Shaftec team can look back on 2024 with
\npride, with our work both in and out of the office. It has been an extraordinary year of fundraising for Zoe\u2019s Place Baby Hospice.<\/p>\n
