Their new generation IntelliLink infotainment gives owners a simple way to bring the world of smartphones and apps into their Mokka X. <\/p>\n
In Germany, NAVI 900 IntelliLink is optionally available for \u20ac950, while R 4.0 IntelliLink is standard with the Edition equipment level. <\/p>\n
The Mokka X with R 4.0 IntelliLink features a seven-inch touchscreen as well as USB and Bluetooth connectivity for hands-free phone calls, audio streaming and looking at photos, videos and films. Like NAVI 900 IntelliLink, it is also compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.<\/p>\n
Using either application in the MOokka X is easy. A \u201cProjection\u201d icon on the infotainment touch-screen is visible when a phone is not connected, then changes to indicate either Apple CarPlay or Android Auto (whichever is applicable) when a compatible phone is connected via USB. Android Auto requires a phone running Android Lollipop 5.0 operating system or above, while Apple CarPlay requires an iPhone 5 or later (click here for a list of compatible phones http:\/\/www.opel.com\/compatibility).
\n Navi 900 IntelliLink is for customers who prefer an integrated navigation system. Display and operation are via the eight-inch colour touchscreen. IntelliLink enables audio streaming, having incoming SMS read aloud and voice control as well as watching films and videos \u2013 the former, of course, only when the car is stationary. The navigation system also features maps of more than 30 European countries and it can be displayed two or three-dimensionally according to personal preference and controlled via voice command. Sixty radio stations, destinations, contacts, telephone numbers or playlists can be saved as \u201cFavorites\u201d.<\/p>\n
For connoisseurs of music, the Mokka X with NAVI 900 IntelliLink is additionally available with a high-end Bose sound-system. Optional DAB+ digital radio further extends the range of radio stations and the audio quality.<\/p>\n
OnStar offers peace of mind for Mokka X drivers<\/strong> At the press of the red button, the driver can get emergency assistance if needed. By pressing the blue button, the driver can get help from the OnStar advisors with destination download, or to find a restaurant, fuel station or place of interest. <\/p>\n The OnStar\u2019s myOpel mobile app for your smartphone shows you your vehicle diagnostics, can lock or unlock doors remotely (if you\u2019re not sure you have done so already), or locate your vehicle at airport or underground parking by instruction via the app to flash the lights and sound the horn. <\/p>\n Owners can also call up important data such as oil condition or tire pressures, send destinations to the in-car navigation system, and from September they will be able to manage the car\u2019s embedded Wi-Fi hotspot, which allows up to seven devices to connect in and around the vehicle.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The new Opel Mokka X displays a bold attitude with its new exterior design.
