He leaves his current role after eight years of successive sales growth.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-19949\" src=\"http:\/\/www.autotrade.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Fiat-Lee-Titchner-copy.jpg\" alt=\"Fiat-Lee-Titchner-copy\" width=\"150\" height=\"201\" \/>Calver is replaced by Lee Titchner, who becomes the newly-titled Mopar Service, Parts &amp; Customer Care Director, UK and Ireland.\u00a0 Titchner has been with the business for seven years and has held several roles within the group including Business Development Manager, Aftersales Zone Manager and Aftersales Field Force Manager.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am delighted to accept this opportunity to lead the growth of the Mopar brand in the UK and Ireland,\u201d says Titchner.\u00a0 \u201cWith our Aftersales CRM programme \u2013 ICONNECT \u2013 at the heart of our strategy to grow customer retention, improve customer experience and develop greater workshop revenues for our dealer network, I believe there is no better time to be part of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mopar is the official service, parts and customer care organization which supports all group vehicle brands and their customers, integrating all aftersales activities.\u00a0 It has replaced the previous department title of Parts &amp; Service.<\/p>\n<p>ICONNECT, the intelligent CRM programme is supplied in partnership with IHS Automotive, driven by POLK.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK Ltd has announced changes to its Parts &amp; Service structure.
