TomTom LIVE Services include HD Traffic, TomTom\u2019s real time traffic\u00a0information service.<\/p>\n<p>A specially-designed mount attaches the five inch touch screen TomTom device onto the dashboard of\u00a0the car. The device seamlessly integrates with BMW\u2019s Car Entertainment System via the active dock.\u00a0Navigation directions and hands-free phone calls will be given over the car\u2019s speakers and temporarily\u00a0mute any other audio sources to ensure navigation instructions as well as phone conversations are\u00a0heard loud and clear.<\/p>\n<p>BMW customers can now take advantage of TomTom&#8217;s connected services, including HD Traffic,\u00a0allowing them to beat the congestion, making their journeys faster, safer and easier.<\/p>\n<p>The integrated solution is available across Europe.\u00a0The TomTom LIVE PND is available as an integrated solution in selected models of BMW 1 Series, 3\u00a0Series, X1 and X3.<\/p>\n<p>Drivers can visit their BMW dealership to get the TomTom GO LIVE PND fitted onto the dashboard of\u00a0their car.<\/p>\n<p>Elsewhere, TomTom is bringing professional navigation technology to individual\u00a0truck drivers too. With the launch of its Pro 5150 Truck Live. With the Pro 5150 Truck Live, drivers can\u00a0safely navigate throughout Europe on truck-friendly routes, avoiding dimensional, weight and\u00a0hazardous materials restrictions.<\/p>\n<p>The Pro 5150 Truck Live also features one year\u2019s free LIVE Services including TomTom HD Traffic\u00a0which help drivers reduce travel time and avoid congestion.
