{"id":10982,"date":"2013-10-30T12:00:24","date_gmt":"2013-10-30T11:00:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.autotrade.ie\/?p=10982"},"modified":"2013-10-31T12:19:18","modified_gmt":"2013-10-31T11:19:18","slug":"ina-adds-to-oap-range","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.autotrade.ie\/index.php\/ina-adds-to-oap-range\/10982","title":{"rendered":"INA adds to OAP range"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Major new additions have been made to the INA Over Running Alternator Pulleys (OAPs) range by Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket (UK) Ltd.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10983\" alt=\"INA_3-D-Pack_OAP_PC_HighRes copy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.autotrade.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/INA_3-D-Pack_OAP_PC_HighRes-copy.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"345\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.autotrade.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/INA_3-D-Pack_OAP_PC_HighRes-copy.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.autotrade.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/INA_3-D-Pack_OAP_PC_HighRes-copy-261x300.jpg 261w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><br \/>\nOAPs are an integral part of the Front End Auxiliary Drive system (FEAD) and are designed to absorb vibrations and fluctuations in the FEAD.<\/p>\n<p>More than 150 million units have been produced since being launched in 1995 with every fifth car driving on the world\u2019s roads being fitted with one.<\/p>\n<p>Three new OAPs have been introduced as part of a raft of new INA parts for nearly 580,000 vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>The OAPs fit vehicles that include Ford\u2019s Focus II 1.6 TDCi 11\/2004-2011, Fiesta VI 1.6 TDCi 10\/2008-, and Focus III\/C-Max\/Galaxy 1.6 EcoBoost 04\/2011-.<\/p>\n<p>Two million of the fuel-saving EcoBoost engines have now been produced globally since their 2009 launch with output now averaging more than 100,000 engines per month.<\/p>\n<p>There are also new parts for many Far Eastern vehicles including a timing belt kit for the Hyundai\u00a0 Coupe, Elantra, i30, Matrix, Trajet and Tucson 1.8 2.0 2001-, and Kia Carens, Cee\u2019d, Pro Cee\u2019d , Cerato, Sportage 1.8 and 2.0 2004-.<\/p>\n<p>Plus there are v belt deflection pulleys for the Hyundai\/Kia H1, H100, iLoad\/Sorento 2.5 CRDi 2002-, and for the Honda Accord IX, Civic VII, VIII, CR-V, FR-V, Stream 1.6, 1.8\u00a0 and 2.0 2001-.<\/p>\n<p>Malcolm Short, Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket (UK) Ltd Technical Services Manager, said: \u201cThe new INA parts released into the aftermarket include some notable new additions.
