WAI names new international sales director

WAI has announced the promotion of Marc Roder to international sales director as the business continues its expansion across Europe, the UK and the rest of the world.

WAI said Roder will drive its international sales strategy, whilst continuing to lead and develop the sales performance across the UK.

With more than 15 years’ experience in the industry, he will work closely with international buying groups, independent distributors and specialist partners.

The promotion follows the integration of WAI and PSH in late 2024, which has created a unified business with expanded product capability, enhanced logistics and a fully integrated sales organisation.

“Following the merger of WAI and PSH, we now have a stronger, more aligned organisation and my focus will be on leading the team to deliver sustainable growth across our international markets,” said Roder.
