Top Part goes live with new customer focused computer system
Top Part, Ireland’s largest motor factor group has just gone live with a new state-of-the-art, cloud based computer system that is set to take the service it offers to its customers to new level for the industry.
The provider is Fuse5, a global provider of best-in-class business management solutions for the automotive aftermarket.
“We felt like we were not able to do things on our old management system that were basic in other areas of our daily life, ” explained Donie Dillane, Managing Director of Top Part. “Fuse5 has allowed all of our locations to be on the same page every second of every day. We are more efficient and have more control with less effort.”
He added: “The industry is constantly changing and we felt like Fuse5 was the best option for us,” explained Dillane. “For example, the integration of Fuse5 with Europe’s best cataloguing system has improved our cataloguing and part identification system dramatically and this will provide our customers with a vastly improved level of service.Fuse5 is a game changer for us, as is the level of service their people continue to provide us with.”

Top Part has invested in a new state-of-the-art IT System, which is being rolled out across the group’s 16 branches. To support this, Top Parts tells us that it is also in the process of rolling out a customer portal that allows online ordering, a garage management system and technical based software to its customers.
