Sogefi launches ‘Purmask’

Sogefi has developed a new protective face mask, ‘Purmask’.

It is a semi-rigid, reusable mask that adapts to the shape of the face thanks to a flexible edge. It is also equipped with two lateral cartridges containing filter media.

The mask is approved according to the surgical mask standard (EN14683 Type II) by the French laboratory LNE with a filtration efficiency greater than 99 per cent and a low average pressure drop value of 25.7 Pa / cm2.

This guarantees good breathability and a microbial cleanliness in accordance with the standard.

Sogefi says this watertight mask can be reused for at least one year, thus reducing the waste and financial cost caused by non-reusable paper masks.

Purmask comes in three sizes; small, medium and large.
