Carbon build up is becoming a huge issue, not only in diesel engines but also in modern petrol engines. It can make the engine work much harder, increasing chance of engine faults or even failure, increased emissions and even fuel consumption. Oxy hydrogen is created by the electrolysis of water which also has potassium hydroxide added to catalyse this process. When fed into the air inlet of a running vehicle, it will increase the temperature within the combustion chamber and remove excess carbon build-up, giving you a thorough internal clean. DPF Ultra Cleaning Station (Model No. DPF1)
Blocked DPF’s have been a massive issue for many years. Blockages are mainly due to the vehicle not meeting the regeneration process criteria, predominantly caused by short journeys etc. Buying a new DPF can be very costly and sending the old one away for cleaning can also be a time consuming process. With this machine, the garage is able to offer a professional fast turnaround vehicle ultra-cleaning solution at a fraction of the cost. Each treatment will require a DPF1KIT (2-Stage additives). Stage 1 is an ultra-cleaning chemical which is poured into the DPF and left to soak for up to 1 hour and has been specially designed to lift any impurities. This is then emptied and the DPF is strapped down to the cleaning bay and a mixture of high air pressure and water is forced through in stages over a period of time until the water coming out is crystal clear! After this process is complete, it is time for Stage 2, which is a protective chemical poured through to coat the inside of the DPF, assisting in preventing further soot build-up, causing a blockage. This can then be put straight back onto the vehicle again giving the garage a great new revenue stream and further satisfied customers.
