Schaeffler’s 2025 in numbers
Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions enjoyed what it calls “an outstanding 2025” and has revealed some of its most notable achievements from the year.
Throughout 2025, Schaeffler reached numerous milestones and continued to thrive within the automotive aftermarket. This success was underpinned by the dedication of its customer service team, its ongoing training initiatives, and the continued growth of the REPXPERT brand.

The REPXPERT Bonus Points scheme remained a firm favourite among technicians, demonstrated by an impressive 30 million Bonus Points being spent during the year. More than 2,000 rewards were delivered to technicians, with over 200 new members joining the scheme each month. In addition, the team successfully delivered its first ever Millionaire Makeover to the popular garage Womanic, receiving an overwhelmingly positive response. REPXPERT continues to go from strength to strength, with further exciting platform developments set to be announced in the first quarter of 2026.
Schaeffler also maintained its strong commitment to garage customers in 2025, visiting more than 250 garages nationwide and providing IMI-standard training to over 4,000 technicians. The company’s technical helpline continued to support the industry, handling more than 20,000 calls. Schaeffler also attended 18 trade shows and was honoured with two Supplier of the Year awards.
The Wrenches & Wisdom campaign returned for its second year, with four new videos produced and free training delivered to more than 200 students and apprentices. Training topics covered included double clutch systems, belt installation and more.
Meanwhile, Schaeffler’s Facebook presence continued to grow, providing technicians with another valuable source of technical information. The page achieved over six million impressions, more than 68,000 clicks and in excess of two million video views.

We have a lot planned that will support technicians in their day to day work and help garage owners develop their businesses. It’s set to be another fantastic year for Schaeffler.”
