Newmarket Motors opens Volkswagen Commercial showroom
Newmarket Motors, a well known Cork dealership has launched Munster’s only Volkswagen Commercial Showroom.

The new centre was officially launched recently by Alan Bateson, Director of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Ireland and will stock the full range of Volkswagen commercial vehicles including the Caddy, Transporter, Amarok, Crafter, Golf Van, Pick Up, Shuttle, California and the Caravelle.
Alan Bateson was joined on the day by Niall Phillips, Sales and Marketing Manager for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Ireland along with Newmarket Motors Dealer Principal Sean Browne and Commercial Specialist DJ Browne.
Commenting on the opening Alan said: “This is great news for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle customers across Munster and we wish Sean Browne and his team every success. Our commercial vehicle customers deserve to have the same high standard of service and customer care that all our passenger car customers have come to expect from Volkswagen Dealers.”
Sean Browne added: “Selling Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has always been an important part of our business and we are delighted to offer our customers the full display in our new showroom. The last few years have seen the commercial business decline in Ireland but lately we are beginning to see an increase in demand as new offers from Volkswagen Bank have made it considerably easier to purchase again.”
Newmarket Motors employs 35 staff and is centrally located to serve the Cork, Kerry and Limerick regions.
