National Auto Parts has introduced 11 new fully coated brake discs to its expanding range of braking solutions.
The new part numbers cover applications from some of the world’s leading vehicle manufacturers featuring several top models: BMW 1/2/3/4 series M Sport 2011>, Mercedes C-Class 13 >, VW Polo 17>, Toyota Prius 2015>, Mazda CX5 2015>, Vauxhall Insignia Mk2 2017>, Audi S1 Quattro 2014> and Ford Transit Custom MK8 2015>.
Discs come complete with a fine, silver-grey, specially formulated and environmentally-friendly finish, matching the style of OE discs. The coating provides protection against corrosion.
The coating line, as used by OE manufacturers, is computer-controlled using robotics to perform the spray-coating. This enables accurate and consistent coverage, with a quality finish.
Technicians also have no cleaning or degreasing to do before fitment, saving valuable time.
This latest extension brings new coverage, with National’s brake range already covering more than 95 per cent of the European passenger car and light commercial vehicle parc, thanks to an ongoing development programme which recently saw the introduction of a new brake hoses range.
Its comprehensive range covers brake discs, brake drums, brake pads, clutch kits, wheel hub units, clutch concentric slave cylinders and conventional solid flywheel replacement kits for dual mass flywheel applications.
