Large Farizon SV electric van delivery for Welsh commercial window contractor
A specialist commercial window contractor based in Wales has taken delivery of 20 new Farizon SV electric vans, which will be used by the company’s fitters to transport windows, doors, and equipment.
Solar Windows’ newly supplied SV fleet includes 14 L1H1 vans, three L2H2 variants, and three L3H3 models.

The vans are replacing the company’s existing fleet of diesel-powered vehicles, with plans to replace the remaining 25 within a year.
Company owner Carl Lewis, said the Farizon SV “meets all of our requirements”.
“While payload is important for our operation, the look and feel of the products are great,” he said. “I was really impressed when I first looked around the vans and following the loan of a demonstrator and a highly competitive deal, I knew I had found the right vans for our fleet.”
The SV includes premium features as standard, such as heated seats, a heated multifunction steering wheel, a 360-degree surround-view camera, and a comprehensive suite of ADAS safety systems.
Higher spec models include a unique payload monitoring system, a heated windscreen and vehicle-to-load (V2L) technology for powering or charging kit while on site. The SV has also achieved the highest five-star safety rating from Euro NCAP.
The Farizon SV line-up will be on show at the 271 Vans for Business EXPO, which takes place alongside the 2026 Auto Trade EXPO at the RDS Simmonscourt in Dublin from 10th -11th October.
