Joe Mallon Motors new Peugeot dealer for Kildare
Joe Mallon Motors has been appointed to the Peugeot dealer network by Gowan Auto, for new vehicle sales and after-sales.
The Peugeot brand will now operate from a dedicated, newly constructed showroom, located on the Sallins Road in Naas, Co Kildare.

“We are sure we chose the right team to represent the Peugeot brand in Kildare and join us on our electrification journey.”

Joe Mallon Motors was established, in its original location on the Dublin Road in Naas in 1986. Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength, and now employs a team of 65 across the business.
It was awarded car dealership of the year 2023, by Midlands 103 as well as Irish electric vehicle dealer of the year 2023, by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) and Zero Emission Vehicles Ireland (ZEVI).
In 2001, the company moved to its current premises on the Sallins Road in Naas and opened a second location in Portlaoise in 2011.
Philip Mallon, managing director of Joe Mallon Motors added: “We are investing €3 million to develop our current site which will offer significant expansion and modernisation of our Naas showroom in the coming months, which will include a new Peugeot showroom and a new workshop for our after-sales department.
“Peugeot’s fantastic vehicle line up is a great addition to our product range and we also look forward to welcoming current Peugeot drivers for after-sales requirements to our premises on the Sallins Road.”
Gowan Auto is the exclusive importer and distributor of Alfa Romeo, Citroen, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Honda, Jeep, Opel, and Peugeot in the Republic of Ireland.
