Ireland’s largest car supermarket opens for business

The Charles Hurst Group, Northern Ireland’s biggest used-car retailer is opening what it claims will be Ireland’s largest car supermarket.

The Charles Hurst Goup has opened its Usedirect Ireland outlet at the Kingswood Interchange on the Naas Road, in a move that combines its online and physical presence in the market here.

The subsidiary of automotive retail giant Lookers plc already runs the Dublin Audi Centre in Ballsbridge and has premises at Goatstown and Sandyford.

The group says it will have the biggest selection of used models in the country and its arrival, at at time when Sterling is strong against the Euro, will be watched with interest given the improving state state of the new and used car market.
