febi adds over 3,000 parts in 2023

febi has reflected on last year’s new to range additions, in a year which saw the bilstein group brand launch 3,088 new articles to its range.

febi offers an extensive range of over 8,000 steering and suspension components and 9,500 NVH components covering up to 95 per cent of all modern European and Asian passenger car and light commercial vehicles. In 2023, the brand added a further 843 of these parts, including 135 engine mounts, 42 strut mounts, and 73 bushes.

febi also expanded its filtration range to cover the leading Asian vehicle applications, with a total of 303 new introductions. This included 143 air filters, 60 cabin filters, 40 fuel filters, and 32 oil filters.

2023 also saw febi launch its hydrualic filter and oil service kits for haldex coupling, with a range of six articles.

Elsewhere, the bilstein group last year launched a total of 875 new articles across its Blue Print range of braking components, clutch parts and filtration.

The company increased its range of traction battery compartment cabin filters with the range expanded to nine articles covering 54 hybrid and electric vehicle applications.

These filters are designed to protect the cooling air intake for the high-voltage traction battery and – as a result – provide an opportunity in the aftermarket for the ever-growing hybrid/electric vehicle sector; with the additional advantage of limited competition in the aftermarket.
