febi adds new shock absorbers for passenger cars

febi has taken the next logical step in support of its long-established expertise in steering and suspension, with the introduction of a new range of shock absorbers for passenger cars.

Developed specifically for the independent aftermarket, febi says its shock absorbers are designed to meet real workshop needs – combining OE-matching performance with reliable fit accuracy and durable quality.

From the very beginning of development, the focus has been on consistency and reliability. Each febi shock absorber undergoes rigorous testing and must pass a strict three-stage approval process to ensure stable damping behaviour, controlled handling and long-lasting comfort.

Installation and handling are equally considered. OE-matching design, clear product identification and QR code access to partsfinder simplify everyday workshop processes. Premium packaging, durable silk-black e-coating and secure protective strapping underline the high-quality standard customers expect from febi.

With over 600 shock absorbers available, the portfolio already covers more than 60,000 applications for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.

febi’s parent company, Ferdinand Bilstein, will be exhibiting at the 2026 Auto Trade EXPO, which takes place alongside the CV Workshop EXPO from 10th -11th October at the RDS Simmonscourt in Dublin.
