Electro Maintenance looks to Auto Trade EXPO 2026
Electro Maintenance, an established Irish distributor of starter motors, alternators and associated rotating electrical products, is looking ahead to next month’s Auto Trade EXPO 2026 in the RDS Simmonscourt, Dublin, where it will showcase a number of new offerings.
Commenting on the company’s return to Ireland’s automotive trade event, Electro Maintenance managing director, Dave Sanfey, said: “We are excited to be exhibiting at the Auto Trade EXPO 2026, where we will be showcasing our new website, our range of leading brands, new products and promotional material. We look forward to meeting customers, suppliers and industry colleagues at the show.”
Exhibiting on stand I-12, Electro Maintenance’s range covers over 4,500 different starter motor and alternator units, with a focus on providing both OEM and quality aftermarket alternatives wherever possible.

Its portfolio is supported by direct relationships with established OEM manufacturers and carefully selected quality aftermarket suppliers. Brands within its portfolio include Bosch, Denso, SEG Automotive, Valeo, Mitsubishi, Prestolite, AS-PL, Das Kuhner, Casco, WAI and Durite.
Electro Maintenance operates from two locations in Dublin and Tullamore, supporting customers throughout Ireland with technical assistance, strong stock availability and nationwide delivery.
Across both locations, the company has over 21,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space and 3,000 sq. ft. of office space, with more than 14,000 units in stock.
Founded by Frank Sanfey, Electro Maintenance says it has developed long-standing relationships across the automotive, commercial vehicle, agricultural, plant, marine and industrial sectors. Its customers and partners include auto electricians, independent motor factors and businesses operating in specialist sectors throughout Ireland.
It also supplies organisations including Dublin Bus, Bus Eireann and the Department of Defence, and work as a trusted trading partner with automotive buying groups and independent businesses nationwide.
Electro Maintenance has been ISO 9001 certified since 2018, supporting its focus on consistent processes, quality and continuous improvement. Several members of its team have been with the business for more than 25 years, and many customer relationships extend over similar periods.
