Dermot Hughes Cars wins Toyota Ichiban award

Dermot Hughes Cars in Roscommon Town has been honoured with the Toyota Ichiban 2024 Award. The Ichiban Award, which means ‘Number One’ in Japanese, is awarded to the top-performing Toyota retailers in Europe who “go above and beyond in ensuring customer satisfaction”.

More than 2,500 retailers compete to be named ‘number one’. The Roscommon dealership was one of 46 retailers from 35 different countries selected for its commitment to a “customer first” mindset.

Yoshihiro Nakata, president and CEO of Toyota Motor Europe (TME) said: “I am delighted to congratulate the 46 winners of the Ichiban Award, who have demonstrated their excellence in customer satisfaction, quality, and innovation
