Delphi introduces new online configurator for diagnostic products
Delphi has introduced a new online configurator for its diagnostic products and related accessories.
Diagnostic tools are revolutionising the way vehicle workshops carry out repair and servicing. This new configurator is designed to help workshops access market-leading diagnostic solutions so they can expand their service offering and repair quality.
The guided process helps the workshop to move through the options step-by-step, which makes it easy to compare different hardware, software, and accessories.

It incorporates passenger car and heavy-duty (HD) applications that are covered by the Delphi diagnostic portfolio. It allows a user to start the configuration either by device type or by specific models or functions that are covered by the software, which are regularly growing thanks to continuous application development.
This means that even if the technician is exploring the diagnostic offering for the first time they can still quickly and easily tailor the right options.
This innovative online resource gives workshops flexibility and transparency of all components and part numbers; allowing them to then request follow-up from an authorised supplier in their region.
New DS software release means more options in the configurator
A new release for Delphi diagnostic software is also available; both the release and new configurator representing considerable growth for Delphi diagnostic portfolio.
DS software version 2023.00 contains a variety of application coverage growth for both car and HD, notably an exceptional coverage increase on popular hybrid and electric vehicles (EV) such as Mercedes EQ range, BMWi range, and VW iD range.
It contains 38,849 unique system selections which expands model and systems selection by over 2500 since April 2022. It increases HD EV applications to a total of 32 vehicle models.
Additionally, diagnostic users can enjoy increased coverage on ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) a growing area of vehicle functionality. The Delphi ADAS solution now covers 258 models with radar, 403 models with front camera, and 101 models with 360° camera.
The full package of Workshop Solutions
Delphi is focused on providing workshops with a holistic solution which includes a wide portfolio, extensive technical data, and training to empower workshops with the right skills to maximise service opportunities.
Once a workshop has received the diagnostics solution they built with the configurator, Delphi offers various training options to suit all technician experience levels.
They can attend in-person training at one of several training centres or they can study online via The Delphi Academy which is currently available in five European countries with plans for more to follow.
For example, having received their BlueTech VCI package built with the configurator, the workshop can enjoy a new training course for Tesla diagnostics which utilises the BlueTech VCI and Tesla OE portal and equipment.
