Dayco appoints Meliga managing director EMEA aftermarket

Dayco has announced the appointment of Marco Meliga as its new managing director, EMEA aftermarket, effective 1st September.

He reports to the company’s chief executive, Craig Frohock, and joins the Dayco executive leadership team.

Dayco says Meliga has considerable experience of both the original equipment and aftermarket sectors of the automotive industry.

Beginning his career at Valeo, where he worked in various roles in the engineering, program management and sales departments, he then spent 11 years with Meritor, holding positions of increasing responsibility in the European sales and marketing division, before becoming managing director EMEA aftermarket.

Over the past six years he has been the CEO of the Algo Group, managing director of the Facet Group and most recently, the CEO of the Rototech Group.
