Conlans BMW aftersales manager wins BMW Icon Award

Jimmy Maloney, the aftersales manager for Conlans BMW in Co Kildare, is the latest recipient of the ‘BMW Icon Award’, presented to individuals who deliver “superior customer service, outstanding engagement, and excellent customer satisfaction”.

The BMW Icon Award is typically issued on a monthly basis to top-performing advisors, retention managers, and service professionals across the BMW dealer network.

“After working in the company for 31 years, this recognition means so much,” said Maloney, upon receiving the award from BMW Ireland managing director, Helen Westby.

“I’m truly grateful to have been selected for this nomination. Working together we can achieve great things — and this moment is one I’ll always be proud of,” he added.
