Co. Derry dealership wins Suzuki Small Dealer of the Year Award

The Donnelly and Taggart dealership in Eglinton, Co Derry, has received the Suzuki ‘Small Dealer of the Year Award’.

The team performed extremely well throughout 2014 and thoroughly impressed Suzuki with their levels of customer service in both sales and aftersales, volume of sales, presentation of vehicles and attention to detail, all of which were tested on a number of manufacturer ‘mystery shops’.

As a result the Eglinton dealership is now officially number one in the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for sales and after sales out of all Suzuki dealers in UK.

Speaking on receiving confirmation of the achievement,Victor Pollock, Company Director at Donnelly and Taggart, said, “At just three years old, this stamp of approval is a fantastic achievement for all of us here at Suzuki Eglinton.
