Bosch to launch new DCP 800 test bench

Stricter emission standards and upcoming regulations are making the precise testing of common rail pumps in modern diesel engines more important than ever.

Developed in response to these demands, Bosch says its new DCP 800 is designed to minimise installation and testing times while offering user-friendly operation that simplifies and accelerates workshop processes.

With rapid setup and average rest time of around 30 minutes, it claims to deliver significant time saving for busy workshops.

Bosch said the DCP 800 also has the capability to test common-rail pumps with the latest technology, such as the electric suction valve (eSV) in Euro 5 and 6 engines.

Bosch will present the new DCP 800 test bench this September at Automechanika Frankfurt.
