BM Catalysts looks to strengthen European aftermarket presence
BM Catalysts plans to use this year’s Automechanika Frankfurt to further strengthen relationships with partners across Europe, while showcasing its expanding product portfolio.
A major focus for BM Catalysts throughout the five-day exhibition this September will be the growing importance of diesel particulate filters (DPFs) within the European aftermarket.

Since the introduction of particulate number (PN) emissions testing requirements across the continent, demand for DPF replacement units has continued to increase, as vehicle owners seek to maintain compliance with increasingly stringent regulations.
With millions of diesel vehicles across the European car parc equipped with DPF technology, the aftermarket has seen sustained growth in replacement demand, creating significant opportunities for distributors and workshops alike.
BM Catalyst says it has responded to this trend by continually expanding its DPF offering to ensure customers have access to high-quality replacement solutions for an ever-growing range of applications – all product ranges such as CATs, SCRs, GPFs, and connecting pipes are growing.
Driven by an evolving vehicle parc, legislation requirements and environmental demands, BM Catalysts adds that its extensive emissions control portfolio ensures distributors can access the latest applications for over 41 million vehicles in the European car parc.
Mark Blinston, commercial director at BM Catalysts, said: “Automechanika Frankfurt remains one of the most important events in the aftermarket calendar, providing us with a fantastic opportunity to meet with partners from across Europe.
“As we move to continue expansion with the region, we’re looking forward to strengthening existing relationships and developing new partnerships that support our long-term commitment to the European market. This event provides the perfect setting to do just that by showcasing our latest developments.”
