All driver theory tests suspended

All driver theory tests have been suspended immediately in light of Level 5 Covid-19 restrictions, which came into effect over night.

Unlike several other motoring related services, the government has not deemed the driver theory test as an essential service and has therefore suspended the provision of the service, following the conclusion of the last test yesterday (October 21) for a period of six weeks.

The Road Safety Authority (RSA) says all tests will be rescheduled free of charge when the service resumes.
