Federal-Mogul Motorparts has announced the winner of its 2016 Experience of a lifetime prize draw promotion.
James Wheals, based in King’s Lynn, UK has won £1000 worth of Red Letter Days vouchers after entering the draw, which ran throughout last year. The campaign ran alongside seasonal promotions and enabled customers purchasing Federal-Mogul Motorparts products from participating distributors to enter the product code via a website to enter the draw. It gave entrants the chance to win seasonal prizes, such as winter hats and t-shirts, as well as monthly prizes of TVs, designer watches and the ultimate annual prize: an experience of a lifetime.

“You never expect to win these competitions and I can’t believe I actually have,” said James Wheals, owner of J&I Motor Engineers, Kings Lynn. “I haven’t decided what experience I’m going for yet, there is so much to choose from. Following the success of the 2016 campaign the company has decided to roll out a similar promotion for 2017. This year, quarterly promotions will be run and, for the first time, distributors of Federal-Mogul Motorparts’ products can choose which brands to promote to better suit their specific business plans.
The first quarter gives participants the chance to claim a MOOG®, Ferodo® or Champion® branded telescopic torch. It provides a convenient way of shining light on those hard-to-see places during a service or general vehicle checks. The stylish aluminum body is lightweight and the telescopic function makes it easy to use and store.
Along with its quarterly promotions, Federal-Mogul Motorparts is re-launching its prize draw campaign, where entrants have the chance to win more excellent prizes. Participants will also be automatically entered into a parallel annual draw where another winner will receive £1000 worth of Red Letter Days vouchers to spend on their very own experience of a lifetime.
