Trusting enhances brake range

Trusting, represented in Ireland by Bosal Ireland has added several enhancements to its brake products and production standards.

Trusting has released 114 new references, and Bosal Ireland will be adding these to its range in the near future.

In particular Trusting has made two main improvements to the range:

Anti-Noise Shims

Trusting has increased the number of codes with shims. Trusting says that this will further increase the confidence in its brake pads.  Wven though this is not necessary, th company wants to avoid any chance for noise.

The new codes involved in this improvement total 234, which takes the total to about 75 per cent of  the range or more than 1,200 references.

Bosal says that its Trusting shims are of OE quality,  made in multi-layers of rubber-steel-rubber.

Most of the shims will be presented like a kit in a plastic bag, which the mechanic or technician would easily fit on the pads. They would have previously had to be put in the caliper.

Scorching Process

Trusting has decided to add a phase of scorching (superficial burning) as standard, as part of the manufacturing process.
This process improves the friction coefficient, which enhances early life performance. The process is already in operation, and will cover the planned October 2013 range.

Trusting has also recently added brake pads for the new Renault Clio IV (2012), new Seat Leon (2013), Dacia Logan and Sandero (2013), Hyundai i30 (2012), Mercedes A Class (2012), VW Golf VII (2012) and Octavia, new Ford B-Max (2012), new Audi A3 and A6 Allroad (2012) Fiat 500L (2013),Ford Kuga (2013), Ford KA (2013), Mini Countryman and Paceman (2012), Kia Ceed (2012)
