Southside Motor Factors in Dublin has created this infographic on driver fatigue management which contains sensible advice on what to do if you notice signs of fatigue while driving.

Many of us are likely to have experienced driver fatigue at some point, so if you feel tired while driving, the first thing you should do is stop in a safe place as soon as possible and take a short nap of 15-20 minutes.

Even this short rest can make you far more alert and careful afterwards, thus reducing the likelihood of being involved in an accident that could endanger you and other road users.
