Sogefi has chosen the occasion of Equip Auto, in Paris this week to confirm that its filter technologies feature in the top top engine at International Engine of the Year Award 2017
The 2017 International Engine of the Year honour has awarded for the second year to the Ferrari 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8, which features a Sogefi oil filter module.
The engine that powers the 488 GTB, 488 Spider and the small size of the California T and GTC4 Lusso T, won the International Engine of the Year Award along with the Performance Engine class and the 3-litre to 4-litre category.
The same Sogefi oil filtration technology has been applied to Ferrari’s naturally-aspirated 6.3-litre V12 engine, that powers the F12 berlinetta and F12 tdf, awarded in the above 4-litre category for the second year consecutively.
