Chicago Pneumatic will give the European premier of its new range of ultra-compact tools at Automechanika, Frankfurt, Germany. The lightweight tools fit easily into the palm of a vehicle service professional’s hand and are perfect for use inside vehicle and engine compartments where tight spaces restrict the movement of conventional tools. Visitors to the stand (B38, Hall 38) will be able to experience for themselves just how compact yet powerful the new tools are.
In addition, there will be a new updated range of workshop equipment on stand including innovative air hydraulic jacks and wheel dollies, as well as the company’s popular cordless range of tools. Visitors will be able to meet the company’s experts to discover how to choose the right tool to do the job efficiently and safely.
“With our latest developments we can now offer a full one-stop-shop solution for the vehicle service industry with high quality air tools, dedicated accessories as well as a bigger range of workshop equipment, enabling users to do their job profitably while providing a safer work environment,” says Yann Pasco, global business development manager – vehicle service.
The ultra-compact #CPSizeMatters series has been designed in response to user demand and market trends for smaller, lighter tools. There are three compact tools in the range including the CP7711/21 light weight ultra-compact butterfly impact wrench, the CP7737 innovative and unique angle impact wrench, and the new CP7732C ½” stubby wrench. The new CP7711/21 butterfly impact wrench is the lightest tool of its type on the market and 15% smaller than its predecessor, giving an unsurpassed power to weight ratio. As a result, users can be sure the wrench will easily remove or tighten fasteners in the most difficult-to-reach applications.
Furthermore Chicago Pneumatic will be demonstrating the innovative high power cordless tools which deliver the power and performance of an air tool while providing the mobility of a battery tool. The impact wrenches, impact driver and drill drivers of this series offer superior power and battery performance for increased productivity, durability, ease of use and mobility.
Chicago Pneumatic will also be launching a new range of air hydraulic jacks – the latest upgrade to its workshop equipment range – at Automechanika. The jacks are perfect for tire changing and general mechanic applications on heavy vehicles such as buses, trucks and agricultural vehicles. There are four in the range which deliver a high lifting capacity from 30 up to 100 tons, providing fast and easy lifting and lowering controlled from the handle, and they are easy to transport and maneuver.
Visitors can also familiarize themselves with the latest additions to the workshop equipment range such as wheel dollies and BlueTork nutrunners, CP7748TL torque limited impact wrenches. Users can be assured the equipment they are using adheres to safety standards developed for operational safety in the workplace.
“The advanced ergonomics of our tools makes them the most comfortable to use on the market, with composite materials and cushioned grips, to low vibration levels. All products have been designed in line with Chicago Pneumatic’s ethos of high quality and rugged reliability, and our products are backed up by global support for service and technology.”
