Revive Service Shot adds to comprehensive service

So many people these day’s wait for warning lights to come on their dash to tell them there is an issue with their cars, by which time they could be looking at an expensive repair bill.

Revive Service Shot is used to prevent the build up of soot in the engine system, it is a quick, simple one shot treatment that is used before each service.

Regular use of Service Shot helps maintain the health and operation of the engine, it prevents soot and oil build-up by removing deposits before it causes problems and is important to use on healthy engines, as well as engines that have previously been treated with a full Revive clean.

Preventative treatment with Service Shot helps keep the variable nozzle / vane components clear of soot that causes sticking and boosts related issues. Regular use at each service helps maintain normal movement and health.

Revive treatments on Petrol engines, can minimise soot and carbon deposits which accumulate on the back of the inlet valves on Direct Injection engines. These deposits can build-up because there is no ‘fuel backwash’ on the valves, as the fuel is injected directly into the cylinder. If untreated, these deposits will restrict the flow of air, causing the engine to run rich and lumpy and a significant drop in power and fuel economy will occur. Using Revive can also increase Torque due to improved compressor efficiency, if fitted with a turbocharger.

Revive is a safe water based, non toxic and non flammable fluid, using technology developed and used for the cleaning and maintenance of aviation jet engines, power station turbines, large marine diesel engines and now automotive engines.

The fluid is sprayed into the vehicle’s intake system before the turbo inlet whilst the engine is running. As the Revive fluid passes through the engine system it locks on to built up oily/carbon deposits and breaks away a surface layer. These tiny carbonised particles are then carried away out through the exhaust system, safely passing through catalysts and filters.

It’s a great product to include in your customers annual oil and filter service, allowing workshops to offer a more comprehensive service on the customer’s car and adding extra profitability to the overall job.
