The new Mitsubishi L200 was named the category winner of the Irish Commercial SUV of the Year award for 2020, sponsored by Continental Tyres.
On Friday, January 31, 2020, the Mitsubishi L200 was voted the category winner of the Continental Tyres Irish Commercial SUV of the Year 2020 awards, by Ireland’s most experienced light commercial vehicle journalists.

Some possible L200 attributes including load capacity, reliability, overall versatility, cost of ownership and driving comfort that have been taken into consideration by the Irish Van of the Year committee while making their decision.
Last year Mitsubishi won the Continental Tyres Irish Commercial SUV of the Year award for the second year in a row, with the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV named the Continental Tyres Irish Commercial SUV of the Year in 2019.

The new Mitsubishi L200 was introduced into the Irish market in September last year with a new revitalised bolder design. The Mitsubishi L200 comes with a 5 Year Warranty, as standard and features a 2.2L turbo-charged diesel. Mitsubishi boasts that the engine provides remarkable fuel economy and impressively low CO2 emissions.
Presenting the awards Tom Dennigan of awards sponsor Continental Tyres Ireland congratulated Mitsubishi on winning the valuable award, from a wide field of entrants the L200 was deemed the best choice by the Irish Van of the Year experts.
The Commercial SUV of the Year title is a category award under the umbrella of the annual Irish Van of the Year awards, which is owned by the Irish Motoring Writers Association. The awards are sponsored by Continental Tyres.
