With the expansion that has taken place in its model range over recent years, Mercedes-Benz in Ireland is putting increased emphasis on the fleet sales sector.
Latest evidence of this is seen in the appointment of Patrick Howlett who has now taken up his position in the organisation as Passenger Car Fleet Sales Manager.
In his new role, Patrick will have responsibility for developing a national fleet sales strategy with focus on sales through vehicle leasing, large corporate fleets, public sector and SME channels.
From Duncannon in Co. Wexford, Patrick joins Mercedes-Benz with some 12 years experience with a number of brands in the premium automotive sector.
Welcoming his appointment, their sales manager for passenger cars Ciaran Allen said: “more so than at any time in its history, Mercedes-Benz models today span an even greater spectrum of fleet sales possibilities that Patrick’s appointment will help us to develop.”
