Lexus Galway named Lexus Retailer of the Year

Lexus Galway has won the Lexus Retailer of the Year award which was presented recently by Lexus Ireland.

The Retailer of the Year award recognises leading performance across several key performance indicators on both the sales and aftersales business.

In addition, Lexus Ireland says it recognises all Lexus Galway’s team member’s “relentless focus” on aiming to deliver “great customer experiences”.

The brand calls this ‘Omotenashi’, a Japanese philosophy, which is unique to Lexus, of treating a customer like they are a guest in your home.

Lexus Galway sales manager Enda Brennan commented: “We are delighted to win the Lexus Retailer of the Year award recognising our excellent customer service in both sales and aftersales.
