RNH Solutions has appointed John Matthews as its Technical Services Manager.
John will be responsible for developing new business, and will oversee the installation, configuration and training of business management software to RNH customers.
John joins RNH from Epicor, where he has gained 25 years experience as a Business Solutions Account Manager and Technical Services Manager. During his time there John had developed a large national customer base, and has taken pride in nurturing and maintaining satisfied customer relationships over the last number of years.
John will report to Mick Forrest, RNH’s Managing Director. Commenting on the new appointment, Mick Forrest said: “John is well known and respected in our industry. He brings a wealth of experience and valuable know-how, and we are looking forward to John becoming a valuable asset within our growing team at RNH.”
