Gates demonstrates Stretch Fit™ tool at MechanEX

Gates, the drive belt specialists exhibited at MechanEx Manchester this week, and offered visitors to its stand live demonstrations of its Stretch Fit™ tool: a reusable tool used to fit Gates Stretch Fit™ multi-ribbed belts.

The team also gave out free accessory belt wear indicator tools and copies of te company’s accessory belt wear diagnostic guide.  Beside all this, vehicle technicians could also enter a raffle to win a 140-Piece Teng Tool Kit!

Taking place at the show were a series of free technical workshops presented by renowned industry specialists, including Andrew Vaux, Technical Specialist at Gates.  Andrew delivered a seminar on the diagnostic approach to auxiliary drive belt systems and the latest belt technology.
