First Line supplying bespoke parts to Caterham

First Line Ltd. has partnered with Caterham to provide bespoke drive plates and cover assemblies specifically designed for Caterham’s Ford Duratec engine models, with the unique components only available to Caterham.

​Caterham utilises First Line’s components in several of its models. For the UK market, these include the 360, 420, and 620, while for overseas markets, they are featured in the 340 and 485 models.

​Drive plates and cover assemblies play a crucial role in the performance of a vehicle’s drivetrain. High-quality drive plates ensure smooth power transfer from the engine to the transmission, while robust cover assemblies provide the necessary pressure to engage the clutch effectively.

​Using inferior components can lead to premature wear, reduced performance and potential drivetrain failure.

​First Line says all of its drivetrain components are fully tested and quality checked during production to ensure premium quality assurance.

​The range covers all popular LCV, RWD, and 4WD vehicles, with OE bearings fitted as standard. Additionally, a comprehensive two-year/24,000-mile warranty is provided.
