LKQ, the company that owns Euro Car Parts has agreed to acquire Sator Beheer, an auto parts distributor based in the Netherlands, for approximately £180 million.

The Chicago-based vehicle components maker is purchasing the company from Dutch private-equity firm H2 Equity Partners. LKQ acquired Euro Car Parts in 2011.
