Workshops across the Republic of Ireland are benefiting from the extended and more competitive product range on offer since the acquisition of Team P R Reilly by Euro Car Parts.
The acquisition brings together the rapid response delivery capabilities and purchasing power of Euro Car Parts with the local market knowledge and expert team members of Team P R Reilly.
Martin Gray, CEO of Euro Car Parts
All existing branches will take on the dual branding of Euro Car Parts Team P R Reilly, to ensure customers continue to benefit from the resources, culture and expertise of both organisations. Following the roll-out, a significantly expanded product range, improvements to logistics and a growth in delivery fleet to around 100 vans means that a whole host of parts will be delivered much faster, reducing the time that vehicles spend off the road and on the ramp.
Many more brands are now easily accessible in the Republic of Ireland thanks to the investment, with brakes from Pagid, filters from Crosland, steering and suspension racks from Starline and products from LuK, Bosch and Exide among the premium parts now available for same day delivery. The catalogue revamp is extensive, with thousands of new parts contributing to Euro Car Parts Team P R Reilly’s commitment to hold the largest product range in the country.
Martin Gray, CEO of Euro Car Parts, said: “It was an obvious choice for Euro Car Parts to partner with Team P R Reilly. We are working closely with Norbert Reilly and the senior management team to deliver enhanced product availability, quicker delivery times and improved customer service under a dual brand approach that is very important to us as a business. This comes with the added benefit of creating significant employment and training opportunities too.”
Gray continued: “Euro Car Parts Team P R Reilly has one clear goal, to enable our customers to thrive and maximise all the opportunities that the aftermarket will offer over the coming years. The addition of new product ranges and even better delivery times means we’re on track to achieve this, all while maintaining a focus on exceptional customer service and local market expertise. From a customer’s perspective, they will experience great service, ongoing investment and the opportunity to grow with us.”
Once the dual branding is complete, approximately 150 new jobs will be created within the Republic of Ireland. Existing employees will continue to benefit from professional opportunities and training at Euro Car Parts’ parent company, LKQ Corporation, which employs more than 40,000 people worldwide.
