Dublin-based Bluestone Motor Finance pulled off a major coup at the ‘Asset Finance Connect Summer Awards’, which celebrate best practices and innovation in the automotive finance sector, by winning the ‘Customer Journey Excellence Award’ at an event in London.
The judges described Bluestone Motor Finance as “a great mix of digitisation and manual underwriting delivered with tremendous speed; a very innovative approach front focussed on customer needs; a problem-solving approach with high service levels”.
Reflecting on the success, Bluestone Motor Finance managing director, Donal Murphy, noted: “Our hybrid fintech/people approach has been winning us more friends across Ireland and now it is amazing to see the efforts rewarded across a European stage.”
