Belfast local celebrates major win in KGM Motors UK’s £70,000 prize draw

KGM Motors UK, formerly SsangYong, has announced Alison Killen as one of the seven winners of its 70th-anniversary prize draw. The draw gave customers who purchased a new KGM vehicle between July and September 2024, the chance to win a £10,000 share of £70,000.

Killen, who collected her KGM Tivoli K40 from SERE Motors, KGM’s dealer partner based in Belfast, was the second person to be pulled from the independently adjudicated draw, which was streamed on YouTube on 15th October.

Upon receiving her cheque, Killen expressed her gratitude, sharing that the win “couldn’t have come at a better time” and that she’s still in disbelief over her luck. She plans to use the prize money to treat her husband, three sons, and extended family and has already begun planning a family holiday for next year.

The KGM Tivoli K40 is a versatile mini-SUV that stands out for its sleek design and premium touches, including a heated, leather-wrapped steering wheel and 18-inch black alloy wheels. Powered by a dynamic 1.5 GDI-Turbo engine, it offers a spacious interior, advanced safety features, and smart connectivity, and is backed by a comprehensive five-year/60,000km warranty.
