AutoQuip launches new range of Cemb wheel balancers

AutoQuip, the exclusive distributors of Cemb workshop equipment in Ireland, has just launched the brand’s new range of wheel balancers.

Cemb’s ER10 and ER15 3D balancers with virtual sonar technology require no manual input of measurements from the operator.

All Cemb balancers are low speed with 4.7 seconds balancing time. They are simple to operate and come with a 3 years warranty on electronic components.

Cemb has been manufacturing wheel balancers since 1946 and over the years has developed a fine reputation for developing innovative products.

The company’s current range features a host of innovations including Automatic Approach, which stops the wheel where the weight is to be applied.

The range also features the latest version of the brand’s 3D laser scanner for automatic reading of distance and diameter in higher end models.

Virtual Sonar, one of Cemb’s innovative software features, detects the rim width automatically and Hub Match, the new guided on-car eccentricity cancellation process are also included.

One Plane Balancing (OPB) which corrects both static and dynamic unbalances with one weight and saves time and weights is also included in the latest range.

Cemb has also developed a new wheel alignment app, which enables the operator to turn their SmartPhone or Tablet into a wheel alignment monitor to enable the operator to operate the machine remotely.

The company has also developed a new range of SMX car tyre changers and a new range of SMT truck / agri tyre changers. Both ranges are made in Italy.

Cemb also produces two 3D wheel alignment options and also the state of the art Argos touchless wheel alignment system which can give alignment readings in 5 seconds without exiting the vehicle.

AutoQuip is currently running a special offer on wheel balancers, which are currently in stock, with a full range of accessories available. Prices and availability via the website or by phoning Richie on 086-172 7569 or 021- 464 2889.
