The current record stands at 282 Audi cars and Audi Waterford is hopeful that this record was beaten, while raising money for four worthy causes – Solas Centre, Temple St. Children’s Hospital, RESPECT and Waterford Hospice Movement.

Audi Waterford has now sent its world record attempt into Guinness World Records for verification and hopes it will appear in the record books in the coming weeks.

Brendan Walsh, general manager, Audi Waterford commented: “We would like to sincerely thank all of the loyal Audi customers who showed up yesterday and took part in this exciting and fun event. While it takes a number of days to get the official Guinness World Record status, yesterday was all about the taking part and we managed to raise over €8,000 for charity in the process which is fantastic.”
