Ferrari recall as cars catch fire

Ferrari is recalling 1,200 458 Italia models, following reports that a number of the supercars have caught fire.

Ferrari says they have traced the fault to an adhesive used in the wheel-arch assemblies which can overheat, smoke and catch fire in certain circumstances.
The repair will take half a day to fix and will be done free of charge.

The five owners that have experienced the problem with their Ferrari have been promised a new £170,000 458 Italia.
